Living Room – A large leather couch seating 4, 2 lounge chairs, throw blankets, games, big screen HDTV, gas fireplace, hot tub towels, and a Bose sound system.

Kitching and Dining – A fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, Keurig, built-in wine rack, island bar with 4 bar stools, dining table with 4 chairs, and a bench for more seating.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 (Downstairs) – King-size bed, side tables with extra storage, bench, 2 drawer desk, full-size mirror, big screen HDTV, direct access to patio, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity sinks with large counter space, private toilet, and a large walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 (Downstairs) – King-size bed, side tables with extra storage, bench, 6-drawer dresser, big screen HDTV, ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity sink, private toilet, and a large walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #3 (Upstairs) - King size bed, side tables, bench, 7 drawer dresser, big screen HDTV, direct access to a private balcony, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity sinks with large counter space, private toilet, and a large walk-in shower with double shower heads.

Outdoor Living (Downstairs) – Private hot tub, gas grill, seating around the fireplace for 6, big screen HDTV, cornhole, and a fire pit with seating for 5.

Outdoor Living (Upstairs) – 2 sun loungers

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6, with no exceptions.

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
