Policies and Cancellations

  1. Holiday and Peak Period Bookings:

    • A 3-night minimum is required for reservations during holidays, holiday weekends, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Breaks, and similar periods.

  2. Payment Terms:

    • 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

  3. Age Requirement:

    • The guest must be 25 years of age or older to book a cabin.

  4. Fireworks Policy:

    • Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed on the property.

  5. Check-In & Check-Out:

    • Check-In Time: 4:00 PM

    • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

    • Failure to check out by 11:00 AM without prior approval may result in additional fees.

    • Check-in instructions will be sent via text and email 24 hours before arrival.

  6. Smoking Policy:

    • No smoking is allowed inside the cabins.

    • Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you dispose of cigarette butts properly before leaving the cabin.

  7. Personal Belongings:

    • Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC is not responsible for any personal items left at the cabin.

    • Please double-check for all personal belongings before checking out.

    • If you leave items behind, we can mail them back for a $20 fee, plus the cost of shipping.

Bravo Cabin rentals, llc - pet policy 

  1. Pet-Friendly Cabins:

    • Some cabins are pet-friendly. Please check the individual cabin pages or the Pet-Friendly drop-down for a list of all pet-friendly properties.

    • Do not bring pets to non-pet-friendly cabins.

  2. Hot Tub Policy:

    • Pets are NOT allowed in the hot tub.

  3. Notification Requirement:

    • If your cabin is pet-friendly, you are required to notify Bravo Cabin Rentals in advance that you wish to bring pets.

    • Please refer to the cabin listing for specific pet requirements, including maximum pet count and weight limit.

  4. Vaccination and Health Requirements:

    • Pets must be up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

  5. Supervision and Crating:

    • Pets cannot be left unsupervised in the cabin.

    • If you must leave your pet behind, they must be crated.

  6. Leash and Control Requirements:

    • Dogs must be leashed at all times and under the control of their owner.

  7. Cleaning Up After Pets:

    • Guests must provide their own bags and clean up after their pets.

  8. Pet Fee:

    • A $125 per-pet non-refundable pet fee will be added to your reservation.

  9. Damage and Responsibility:

    • If a pet damages any property belonging to Bravo Cabin Rentals, the guest will be responsible for covering all repair or replacement costs.

  10. Furniture Policy:

    • Pets are not allowed on any furniture in the cabin (including beds and couches).

Bravo cabin rentals, llc - cancellation policy 

  1. Full Refund (30 Days or More):

    • You will receive a full refund of the amount paid if you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival, minus the 6% processing fee.

  2. 50% Refund (29-15 Days Before Arrival):

    • If you cancel 29 to 15 days before your scheduled arrival, Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will offer a 50% refund.

      • Example 1: If you have only paid the initial 50% deposit, Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will not charge the remaining balance.

      • Example 2: If the booking has already been paid in full, Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC will refund 50% of the full amount minus a 6% processing fee.

  3. No Refund (14 Days or Less):

    • Any cancellations made 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival will result in no refund.

  4. Processing Fee:

    • Any refund issued will be minus a 6% processing fee.

  5. Shortened Stays:

    • We cannot refund any changes to shorten your stay within 30 days of your scheduled arrival.

  6. Cancellation Process:

    • To cancel, please call and email your request. You must receive a cancellation confirmation email from us before your cancellation is considered final.

  7. Acts of Nature:

    • Bravo Cabin Rentals, LLC does not issue refunds due to acts of nature, including but not limited to:

      • Weather

      • Road conditions

      • Snow conditions

      • Power outages

      • Forest fires

    • Conditions of the lake and surrounding areas are also not valid reasons for cancellations.
