Are you in need of a Top Shelf experience? Then this is the property for you, and it comes with a stellar view!  Featuring 4 Master King rooms with private balconies, A bunk room for the kiddos, and a loft/game room area for all indoor activities! Not only will you have out-of-this-world views, but you will also have a pool table, horseshoe pit, and a FULL wet bar!

Living Room – Featuring a large, oversized couch, 2 accent chairs, side tables, a coffee table, a gas fireplace, a big screen TV and throw blankets.

Kitchen and Dining - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. You will have seating for up to 10 and additional seating for up to 6 at the bar.  

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 (Downstairs) - A King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, an accent chair, a closet, a big screen TV, and direct access to your private balcony with seating for 2. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, a toilet, all linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 (Downstairs) - A King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, an accent chair, a closet, a big screen TV, and direct access to your private balcony with seating for 2. Bunk Room (Upstairs) – A single triple-stacked full-size bunk and a big-screen TV.

Full Bathroom #5 – This bathroom is located off the game room, featuring double vanity sinks, a shower/tub combo, a toilet, all linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Game room – Featuring a pool table, a large sectional, a big screen TV, and a FULL wet bar. You will also have direct access to the balcony that overlooks the back of the property with views for miles.

Outdoor Living – You can also enjoy family time outdoors if you choose! Featuring an outdoor kitchen with a grill and mini fridge, outdoor dining for up to 10, a gas fireplace, Horseshoes, a big screen TV, and a fire pit. Both Balconies will have Incredible views and overlook the firepit.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 14, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
