Bearly Legal

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful and stylish cabin. Decor and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed watching the woodland critters especially the deer. I loved my walks after the cold front came through. The weather was not ideal most of the week, but we cannot control nature. We want to return when there is not a burn ban. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cabin with us.

If we could give this home 6 stars we would. The home was beautiful inside and out. The home was sparkling clean, beautifully designed and decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen and the rest of the home was fully stocked with everything you might need. It had two different coffee makers and coffee for both. We saw deer both days, front and back of the house. We built a camp fire with wood they provided. It was so peaceful being surrounded by trees and seeing all the beautiful birds. This property was like a slice of heaven…we didn’t want to leave.

Stunning cabin perfect for our family of 4. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Felt like home away from home. Service was spectacular. Enjoyed kayaking, pontoon boats and paddle boarding. Returning to use hot tub, campfire, movie nights and shuffle board. Can’t wait to return!

From the moment we walked in, the beautifully appointed home set us up for R&R following the holidays. Such a cozy space inside and out. We will miss our morning coffee on the back deck in front of the fireplaces! We were 2 couples and and both loved our identical bedroom suites. Comfortable beds and stylish bedding. Big bathrooms with big showers. (Bring your own soft 2 ply TP if that what you prefer)The entire home and amenities are very stylish and cozy with blankets for cooler mornings and evenings in front of the fireplaces. We can’t wait to return and enjoy the fire pit for s’mores. Don’t hesitate to book as you won’t regret it.

Really beautiful home. Location was great at it felt mostly secluded. There is a large home directly behind the hot tub but I don’t think it’s visible when the trees are in leaf. We went in December. Everything was so clean, well decorated, tidy and perfect for couples or family. The shuffle board was fun!

The cabin was amazing. It had everything you could possibly want for cooking, games and fun! Tons of seating, the rooms were huge with two master bathrooms that were very luxurious. I have stayed a handful of times in this area and this is my favorite place. It's ideal for two couples/families of 4 because the bedrooms and associated amenities for each are exactly the same. The patio is vast and really feels like it can accommodate more than four people which is really nice for space. The location is very close to town and the road in front is newer and in great shape for walking and biking. All the hosts were very responsive and the onsite attendant was equally as helpful and courteous. We will definitely be returning to this charming property.

This was one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed at! I would LOVE to come to this cabin again. If you’re planning on coming here, I would just recommend bringing your own paper towels/toilet paper as there weren’t enough extras for my crew of four and they said they they didn’t have any extra to provide for us. Other than that, everything was PERFECT. Loved this cabin!

We loved our stay here and would rebook this cabin again! Actually the couple that stayed with us had stayed in the same cabin a couple of months prior and that’s why we booked it! The first night the water turned off and Kim sent someone immediately and had it fixed the same night! Very responsive host and beautiful place to stay!

Taylor - Posted: 3/31/2025

Kim's place was the perfect getaway! We went with another couple and the layout of the house was perfect. With each room having the same amenities, no one had to choose the "better" room. The shower and bath are possibly my favorite things about the house, although it was all great. The fireplaces had timers and were easy to use (came in clutch for our coffee on the back deck), spaces were decorated but not cluttered, and the kitchen was stocked with every "essential" plus some bonuses that we usually have to bring to other Air BnBs. Thanks for giving us a much-needed "mindless" getaway!

This was the perfect place for a friend and I to have a book reading weekend! There was plenty of space for us and our spouses to do our own thing and still come together when we wanted. Very relaxing and quiet. We loved it!

We would highly recommend Kim’s place. We had a girls trip and it was perfect. The home was relaxing and serene. We had plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The locals were very kind and had lots of helpful suggestions.
I would definitely stay here again and have already shared the link to friends.

We loved staying here! It was beautiful, peaceful & felt private. We had plenty to do between the fire pit, outdoor area, hot tub, & lots of games inside. It had everything we needed and was super clean. The Wi-Fi did not work very well for our phones or streaming services on the tv, otherwise everything else was perfect and the host was very helpful with instructions and any needs we had!

My wife and I just returned from a truly incredible stay at this charming cabin in Broken Bow, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we knew our stay would be wonderful. The cabin is beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the cozy, inviting interiors to the well-appointed amenities. The living space is warm and welcoming, with large windows that let in the natural beauty of the surrounding forest. We spent hours lounging by the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook up our favorite meals, and the outdoor deck with the hot tub, connect four, grill, and TV was the perfect spot for evening relaxation. We especially loved having our morning coffee out on the porch, listening to the birds and the gentle rustling of the trees. The location is absolutely ideal—close enough to Broken Bow’s attractions but secluded enough to provide complete privacy and peace. Whether we were going to the great restaurants and breweries that come recommended with this cabin, hiking, spending time at the lake, lounging, or anything in between, we never ran out of things to do. One of the highlights of our stay was how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything was. It's clear that the owners take great pride in providing a comfortable and high-quality experience for their guests. If you're looking for a peaceful, romantic retreat in Broken Bow, or perhaps just a weekend getaway for you and your family, look no further than Barely Legal. This cabin is a true haven, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty that was the perfect spot for my wife and I to celebrate the upcoming birth of our first child. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return!
