This place is even more beautiful than the pictures. House had everything, comfortable beds, perfect location, I can't say enough how much we loved this place! Go to the Brewery and get Front Porch peach beer and sit out at the firepit and enjoy the peacefulness.

This cabin is exceptional! It’s beautiful, peaceful and has a lot of character and charm. The beds are super comfortable, the deck and hot tub are so inviting and the shuffleboard table was a hit! We especially enjoyed the fireplace. You can’t go wrong with this cabin. This cabin was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Every detail was thought out and perfect for our 3-day getaway. From the moment we walked in, the beautifully appointed home set us up for R&R following the holidays. Such a cozy space inside and out. We will miss our morning coffee on the back deck in front of the fireplaces! We were 2 couples and and both loved our identical bedroom suites. Comfortable beds and stylish bedding. Big bathrooms with big showers. (Bring your own soft 2 ply TP if that what you prefer)The entire home and amenities are very stylish and cozy with blankets for cooler mornings and evenings in front of the fireplaces. We can’t wait to return and enjoy the fire pit for s’mores. Don’t hesitate to book as you won’t regret it.

Great stay. We come to the area every Christmas. It was decorated and a very open homely concept. Great outdoor space as well. We didn’t communicate much but we really didn’t need anything. We will keep this one on the list :).

Really beautiful home. Location was great at it felt mostly secluded. There is a large home directly behind the hot tub but I don’t think it’s visible when the trees are in leaf. We went in December. Everything was so clean, well decorated, tidy and perfect for couples or family. The shuffle board was fun!

Bearly Legal is definitely a place we will stay again! It was perfect and has all the amenities we could ask for. It’s a very peaceful location and has lots of ways to relax as well as fun things to do. No issues at all.

Bearly Legal This 2-bedroom cabin is fabulous. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and every utensil you could possibly need. The outdoor space is extremely nice, seating area, hot tub, rockers and dining table. We stayed with our granddaughter and loved every minute we were there. I will definitely recommend this cabin to my friends traveling there.

Loved everything about this place, from how close it’s located to everything to all the entertainment provided at the cabin—the games and shuffleboard were so much fun. Everything was spotless and clean and loved that the hot tub was clean and ready for use.

I have stayed a handful of times in this area and this is my favorite place. It's ideal for two couples/families of 4 because the bedrooms and associated amenities for each are exactly the same. The patio is vast and really feels like it can accommodate more than four people which is really nice for space. The location is very close to town and the road in front is newer and in great shape for walking and biking. All the hosts were very responsive and the onsite attendant was equally as helpful and courteous. We will definitely be returning to this charming property.

This was one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed at! I would LOVE to come to this cabin again. If you’re planning on coming here, I would just recommend bringing your own paper towels/toilet paper as there weren’t enough extras for my crew of four and they said they they didn’t have any extra to provide for us. Other than that, everything was PERFECT. Loved this cabin!

We loved our stay here and would rebook this cabin again! Actually the couple that stayed with us had stayed in the same cabin a couple of months prior and that’s why we booked it! The first night the water turned off and Kim sent someone immediately and had it fixed the same night! Very responsive host and beautiful place to stay!

Kim's place was the perfect getaway! We went with another couple and the layout of the house was perfect. With each room having the same amenities, no one had to choose the "better" room. The shower and bath are possibly my favorite things about the house, although it was all great. The fireplaces had timers and were easy to use (came in clutch for our coffee on the back deck), spaces were decorated but not cluttered, and the kitchen was stocked with every "essential" plus some bonuses that we usually have to bring to other Air BnBs. Thanks for giving us a much-needed "mindless" getaway!

This was the perfect place for a friend and I to have a book reading weekend! There was plenty of space for us and our spouses to do our own thing and still come together when we wanted. Very relaxing and quiet. We loved it!

We would highly recommend Kim’s place. We had a girls trip and it was perfect. The home was relaxing and serene. We had plenty of activities to keep us entertained. My wife and I just returned from a truly incredible stay at this charming cabin in Broken Bow, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we knew our stay would be wonderful. The cabin is beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the cozy, inviting interiors to the well-appointed amenities.
