Boat Haus @ Boulder Lake

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Boat Haus. The rental had plenty space for our large family and nice amenities. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool, game room, and stocked private pond. We where surprised that there was not a central restroom downstairs (only inside the 2 downstairs bedroom suites) or a pantry. According to the pictures on the Bravo rental website, we were expecting a secluded cabin on a private lake. However, there are at least 3 other large cabins on this small private pond so you are looking out directly to other cabins and seeing/hearing their activities — not the trees as the website pictures show. Also, we where disappointed in the management companies discrepant information on early paid check-ins and 30% off extended stay offer which turned out to be higher than the published rate. We also called to report the upstairs ice machine not working on the 1st day and was told they would contact maintenance. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no effort to resolve or follow-up.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. A BEAUTIFUL place to get together with your family and friends. We enjoyed our stay here very much. We did have an issue with entering the home via the keyless lock but the hosts were very quick and responsive to get his inside! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I had a wonderful week at the BoatHaus. We had endless things to do around the cabin, and the trails nearby were incredible in our UTV. My boys learned how to play chess (always funner when the pieces are as big as they are), we kayaked, played frisbee golf, hit floatable golf balls into the pond, played by the campfire and the fun never stopped in the game room. Thanks again for the wonderful week of memories!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful private house in the woods! The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a big family. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Definitely a place to come back to!

Wow! The Boat Haus at Boulder Lake was amazing! It was a perfect fit for our large family! Everything was well thought out with this Cabin! We were impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked with every kitchen utensil you could need! The game room, pool, hot tub, play set & corn hole provided endless entertainment! Management was very quick to respond to questions! We would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was everything we dreamed of and more! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a luxury retreat tucked away in nature. The three-story layout gave everyone plenty of space to relax, and every level had something special to offer.The pool and hot tub were a total hit—perfect for unwinding day or night. We spent our evenings by the cozy fireplace and our mornings sipping coffee on the deck with beautiful views. The game floor was nonstop fun with something for everyone, and the high-speed internet made it easy to stay connected (even if we didn’t want to be!).Clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed—this cabin has it all. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at the Boat Haus! The property is beautiful with endless activities for the whole family. We were able to easily get in contact with management when we had a question or needed a minor issue resolved. Our group was large with kids ranging from infants to 8 year olds and we had a great time!

This luxury cabin is absolutely incredible—photos don’t do it justice! Owned by a wonderful family and managed by Bravo, both were a pleasure to work with. Our large group was blown away by the amazing game room, complete with darts, basketball, skee ball, poker, ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey. The outdoor space was equally impressive with games, a commercial-size fridge, large kitchen, outdoor kitchen, and upstairs bar. We loved having a second dining area outside and the comfort of having everything we needed on-site. The heated pool was a highlight, and we had a blast with pool basketball and kayaking on the private pond. At night, we gathered around the fire pit while the kids played in the real teepee. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, the sheets were top-notch, and every couple had a private balcony overlooking the pond. This cabin is a six-star experience—not just five. We were lucky to be among the first to stay here and can’t wait to return! Book it!!

BOOK IT! This place is AMAZING! 6 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is ridiculously awesome. I know it doesn’t have very many reviews but good gracious book this place! It's owned by a family but managed by Bravo. We communicated with both and they were super easy to work with. The pictures don’t even come close to what it’s like when you walk in the door. We had a large group and everybody raved about the game room and all of the outdoor games. The commercial size fridge, the large kitchen and the outdoor kitchen and the upstairs bar, the second dining area outside allowed us to cook all of our meals and we never had or wanted to leave this cabin. We wish we could’ve stayed for two more nights. The game room was insane, and our family and friends had so much fun playing darts, basketball, skee ball, poker, ping-pong, foosball and air hockey! The heated pool was over the top fantastic. We had so much fun playing basketball in it. The kids bounced from the hot tub to the pool to the pond. There was so many kayaks that we had races in the pond which was all to ourselves. We spent our nights around the fire pit while the kids played in the real teepee. This place is like having your own hotel with an arcade. All six couples absolutely love the fact the beds were ridiculously comfortable, the sheets were top-of-the-line, comfy, and soft, and we all had our own balcony looking over the pond to enjoy coffee or a nightcap. This place isn’t five stars. It’s six stars. We lucked out on being one of the first people to stay here.

JUST WOWZERS! Don’t let the few reviews for you, this place is stunningly, gorgeous, ridiculously private and over the top! My family and friends have stayed at many cabins in Broken Bow in this one blow them all out of the water. I can't imagine another cabin topping this one. Everything about this cabin is five stars and I mean everything. We all bounced from the hot tub to the pool to the pond and back again. They were big TVs everywhere and we all got to watch football at the same time in the living room on both TVs. The game room on the third floor is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. We had our own private arcade game room! This cabin had all the kids and adults having a blast at the same time and for days! We didn't need or want to eat out, in fact we didn't want to leave to even venture out because this place had us busy and entertained! We made memories that we will remember forever. I just can’t hardly describe how amazing this place is. You won’t regret staying here.
