We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was a short drive to the lake and conveniently close to the main road — a pleasant surprise, since previous visits to the area meant battling pothole-riddled roads. Will definitely be booking again.

Everything was wonderful, only issue is the large windows let lots of light in at 630 am. It was fine since we wanted to get up early and hike.

Those big windows definitely let in plenty of natural light—great for enjoying the views, but they can make for an early wake-up call! 😊 We're glad it worked out since you were headed out to hike anyway.

Nice and quiet cabin. Love the tall ceilings and the shower in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I loved being woke up by the sunlight in the morning since this place has high windows. The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed watching tv while soaking. Overall a good experience. Just make sure you watch out when pulling out because people come flying around the corner and you really can’t see because of the curve of the road and trees.

The house was in a great location right in the middle of all the great things that we enjoy in Broken Bow. It was really cozy and nice. BB had obviously had a dust storm recently so there was a lot of sand on the decks. But wasn't a big deal after we just sprayed it off with the hose so it wouldn't get in the hot tub. It was a great stay. The only change I would make is, it would have been nice to have a better grill. It had obviously been used a lot over the years. But again not anything huge. Will definitely recommend to friends and we will stay there again.

The dual shower head shower, dual sided fireplace, nice patio seating, hot tub, bath tub, comfy couch, plenty of space and room! Clean! And Kim was very prompt in response, helpful and a pleasure to work with! Only bummer would be from the pics its looks very secluded and private, whereas it is located on a very popular road leading to very little privacy, especially on the back porch.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, with everything you need for a quiet and cozy stay. The two fireplaces filled our stay with warmth, and the hot tub was the perfect place to watch Hallmark Christmas movies. Close to everything, we were never more than a 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops and the state park entrances. The only downside, as mentioned in some of the other reviews, is its proximity to the dirt road. If you are looking for a "lost in the woods" isolation, this is not the place for you. The house sits right on the road, which is very busy due to construction of new locations further down. The traffic made it pretty dusty, but we were still able to enjoy the firepit both nights we were there. The traffic didn't bother us too much, and the house was so beautiful on the inside it was well worth the time.

Very Beautiful location. Cozy. Gas fireplace inside and out was wonderful! Hot tub was fun for our kid. We brought our dog and he enjoyed the fireplace outside. The only downside to this cabin is the heavy traffic on the dirt road that is not disclosed in the pictures. It makes for so much dust. On everything. Couldn’t enjoy an evening outside without dust! Otherwise- the cabin is very clean in cozy inside

Loved the open concept of this house. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bathroom was spectacular both the tub & shower. I love the natural light with all the windows. My only issue was the loud constant traffic of big work trucks with trailers and equipment on the road right in front of the house. I’m assuming for new builds. But I would definitely book again.

Host was easy to work with. This is a perfect small cabin for our stay.

Miles C from Celina - Posted: 6/5/2023

Gorgeous new cabin with impeccable finish-out. Communication with owner was a breeze. It was January, so we really enjoyed the indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, and fire pit. Had everything we needed to cook, including outdoor gas grill. First visit to Beavers Bend- we enjoyed the hiking and cabin was close to everything. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog. Great little getaway during these pandemic times!

It was a great weekend get away! We enjoyed the house! The only thing we didn’t realize from the pictures is how close to a very busy road we were. So, while we weren’t very close to other cabins the closeness to the road was a lot. There was a whole lot of dust from the large amount of traffic and you sort of got dusted from it while sitting in the hot tub or on the back porch. Just so you know when you book there is definitely lack of privacy in the hot tub.

Very nice property, well maintained, slight issue with heating unit.

Anonymous U from Hopewell - Posted: 2/6/2023

We had a great time and the property is fantastic. If you are planning a trip to relax, this is the place. It’s very accessible, no crazy terrain to drive through like some properties. The gas fireplace was a huge plus as the temps dipped into the teens but the cabin stayed nice and cozy. Also plenty of TVs which was nice.

Anonymous U from Hopewell - Posted: 2/6/2023

Excellent cabin with top level amenities. Will definitely stay again

Anonymous U from Hopewell - Posted: 2/6/2023

Breathe Inn is just lovely and served as the perfect place for our family of three to relax and hit the “refresh” button. The cabin is exactly as advertised and photographed with a beautiful design and tons of natural sunlight. My husband and I enjoyed sleeping in, cooking breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing each evening in the hot tub. The cabin is one of the first properties right off of a somewhat busy dirt road but this didn’t take away from the nice time we had. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day!

Anonymous U from Dallas - Posted: 2/6/2023

This place was so amazing! My wife and I booked it as a mini honeymoon after our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with it! It is such a beautiful cabin and it is so tranquil and relaxing! We can’t wait to go back.

Anonymous U from Plano - Posted: 2/6/2023

We loved the cabin and it’s proximity to Hochatown. It is pretty close to the road and so I doesn’t feel as secluded as we thought it would be. The Hosts are great and answered any questions we had. Will definitely stay again. By the way the style and decor of the cabin is top notch

Anonymous U from Plano - Posted: 2/6/2023

Lovely cabin! It was very cozy and comfy. The cabin had everything that you need away from home to relax and unwind. The cabin was very clean. The bed was comfortable and all the info that we needed to enjoy our time was clearly communicated. When we arrived we had a VERY minor issue getting in but the property manager was a quick call away and helped us immediately solve the problem. This is not to complain but to advise that when you rent this cabin you are just a call away from a solved problem. It is nice to have folks that take of the property so well and respond so quickly to needs. Thank you for a great stay.

Anonymous U from Plano - Posted: 2/6/2023

The cabin had a great location <10 min from Beaver Bend Dam and Hiking Trails! Close by restaurants in Hochatown if desired, and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook and eat in the cabin! The back porch is secluded with a hot tub, couch, fireplace, and big screen tv. Perfect to relax after a day of hiking. Inside, the spacious bathroom is an extra-large shower (two showers in one!). The cabin was well stocked with linens, towels, blankets, and all the amenities you would expect!

Anonymous U from Dallas - Posted: 2/6/2023

The cabin was amazing. We arrived around 10pm to this wonderful cabin. A lit Christmas tree was visible from the parking area, and the building was lit up! Stunningly beautiful! The "cabin" (that is really a very posh little house in the woods) was very comfortable. Monster TVs! My favorite TV was outside in perfect view from the hot tub! King size bed that was so very comfortable. HUGE shower. HUGE! Everything about this place says "stay longer and relax!" We LOVED it! Perfect location to Beaver's Bend State Park and to the restaurants in Hochatown. So VERY recommended.

Anonymous U from Dallas - Posted: 2/6/2023

Close to everything we needed. We had a very relaxing time and a nice thanksgiving dinner together. Hot tub was great. Cabin overall was clean and well kept, with exception of back porch around hot tub in being covered in pollen/dirt.

Absolutely breathtaking and a place for complete rejuvenation, refueling, refreshing and reviving with a love one. The tub-created a Wellness Wednesday spa, the 2 head showers-perfect for taking hot steamy showers together, the jacuzzi-so relaxing escpecially with a glass of wine, and the televisions throughout were all an added bonus. This was perfect for after a 9 month deployment and so glad my best friend, my soul mate booked this for us. Beautiful property!

Beautiful cabin, exactly as pictured in the listing. Very comfortable bed. We loved hanging out in the hot tub on the patio. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and grilling. I have to point out the sheer amount of cars that pass by the cabin throughout the day. This property is right at the entrance of a main dirt road that people take to reach their cabins. That was the only downside, but it the quality of the cabin definitely outshined this negative.

Everything was absolutely perfect for us at this cabin! The only note I have for guests deciding is that the cabin is close to the dirt/gravel road, which isn’t a main road, but there are a lot of cars that frequently pass the frontside of the cabin. This didn’t disrupt our stay though, as the property is gorgeous and the proximity to Stevens Gap lake access is excellent! And I think you still feel tucked into the wooded lot. Paul, the owner, is responsive and has made the check in and check out process simple and easy. Overall it’s a gorgeous, comfortable property and we would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had the most relaxing stay. The bed is comfy, sheets are soft, lots of pillows and we didn’t want for a thing! The hosts were thoughtful and welcomed us with a 4th of July basket. I will go back!

Absolutely the best vacation we've ever had! I got choked up leaving this cabin. Great location near everything. Spotless and beautiful decor. Outfitted with necessities like lighters, starter logs, salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner. Windows galore. I want whatever mattress we slept on. Hot tub where we watched movies from. We are already planning to make it an anniversary tradition. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY Communication with the owner was easy. They even recommended places. Super helpful. Worth every penny and then some.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was spacious, clean and very well thought out. It feels secluded but so close to shops and restaurants. I loved the hot tub, soaking tub, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor fire pit. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely stay here again!

Very easy to get to, LOVED the space but still surrounded by trees! You are next to a heavily used road but it's quiet at night so no issues there. Top notch amenities like a hotel but all the comforts of home. Everything from throw blankets to extra pillows. The natural light is gorgeous and we rarely even had to turn lights on during the day! The bed was comfy and we got some really good rest! The kitchen is perfect and they had just about everything you could think of. We brought our own food and some utensils but they really had everything! Washer and dryer worked great! They even supplied us with detergent pods t6 wash some things! LOVED the stained concrete floors! We brought our 2 dogs with us and it rained majority of the time that we were there but made for an easy cleanup. Both TVs were super easy to use and we enjoyed watching programs on Prime and Netflix. The bathroom is quite lovely! Very spa like! Separate room for the toilet, his and hers sinks and plenty of towels available to use. Water pressure was great! Overall a wonderful property, perfect for 2 adults and our 2 medium size dogs. Excellent communication with the property owners and I would definitely stay there again. I only have two recommendations, in the bathroom there is only one towel bar so maybe a few hanging hooks for towels, robes, bathing suits, etc.. and my second suggestion is coasters to put drinks on so that the wood furniture in the living room / nightstands stay protected.

We loved this house! It was perfect for just the two of us. It was right next to the road so the trucks were loud when they left for the day, but we knew that from previous guests’ comments. The hot tub is huge so it did take awhile to heat up, but it was still wonderful, and the kitchen was immaculate! We’d definitely stay here again. 😊

This was our second stay in Broken Bow and first stay at Breathe Inn. This cabin is just as it is pictured, very well constructed, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was exceptionally clean and all of the amenities worked perfectly. Highlights: The cabin as mentioned was finished out with high end materials. The outdoor fireplace, tv and spa were great for relaxing. We used every space, the fire pit, picnic bench and Adirondack chairs. The interior space was very comfortable and the layout makes the cabin feel large, from the flow of the space to the vaulted ceilings and windows that allow a flood of natural light into the space. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are also beautifully done and feel luxurious. If there was any downside it was the road close to the cabin as others have mentioned. It did not affect our stay but during some busier times it was noticeable. All and all, Breathe Inn is a wonderful cabin and a recommended stay. We plan on coming back!

Amazing high-end property. The home was beautiful! Had what we needed and more. The location is right in the middle of everything you want to do, with the privacy of the country. Hot tub and outdoor area were just what you need after a day of being on the lake or just visiting the local distillers and brewers. We would recommend this spa like retreat to everyone!

My husband and I loved the cabin! The amenities were perfect and the cabin was very clean. The host, Paul, was very helpful and easy to reach and the information sheet he provides is very nice to have. The cabin is on a "semi" busy road, so there was a lot of traffic but it did not hinder our stay. The tall windows do allow for the sun/light to come in, if that bothers you...just take an eye mask for sleeping :) The hot tub is amazing!! Perfect cabin for a couples getaway! We were there to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. Highly recommend!!!

Let me start by saying this cabin is in a excellent location If you want to be very close to all the attractions and restaurants of Hochatown! It is the first cabin on the road and is not very secluded so there will be some vehicles passing by but you are within 5 minutes of everything, so if you want to be off grid this is not for you! The beautiful new cabin was fully furnished and makes a great couples getaway! Paul was a excellent host with great communication

My wife and I were looking for a peaceful vacation after a very hectic 2020. We live in downtown Dallas and wanted a break from the city noise. After a lot of research, we landed on Broken Bow and this beautiful “cabin”. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Breathe Inn is beautiful inside and out. It was so relaxing and quiet compared to the city. My wife was able to completely relax (something that rarely happens) which says everything about our stay here. We would recommend this property to everyone and will absolutely stay here again the next time we get the chance to get away.
