Welcome to Cannonball Cabin, a spacious and modern 2-bedroom cabin, that comfortably sleeps 9. This cabin features an open-concept living and dining area with a vast amount of windows to take in all that nature has to offer. Not only are there amazing views from inside, but you can even soak it all up in the seasonal POOL!

Living Room (Upstairs) - 2 large leather couches, a gas fireplace, a big screen HDTV, leather ottoman, and direct access to the balcony

Kitchen and Dining (Upstairs) –The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to provide a hot meal (or snack) for your stay! Featuring full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee/K-Cup combo, a hot water kettle, dinnerware, and extensive cooking utensils. The dining table will seat 6, and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 (Downstairs) – A King-size bed, a bench, nightstands on both sides, a wardrobe closet with hangers, and a large dresser. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a large walk-through shower with a rain shower head, robes, towels, all soaps, and a private toilet.

Bunk Room and Bathroom #2 (Downstairs) – A twin over a queen bunk bed, storage under the queen bed, closet space with hangers, a large sleeper sofa, 2 stools, and a big screen TV. There is also an entertainment center with games and a pre-loaded arcade game table. Also features a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave. The ensuite bathroom will have double vanity sinks, a towel rack, and a large walk-in shower. Don’t worry, you will have direct access to the bottom patio from here!

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #3 (Upstairs) - A King-size bed, nightstands on both sides and a big screen HDTV. The ensuite bathroom features separate vanities, a large walk-in shower with an extra-large circle soaker tub, robes, and a private toilet.

Outdoor Living (Bottom Deck) – A private Hot tub, a grill, cornhole boards, 2 picnic tables for outdoor dining, access to the pool, a firepit with seating for 7, 2 saucer swings, and 1 porch swing

Outdoor Living (Middle Deck) - Picnic table for outdoor dining, 6 rocking chairs

Outdoor Living (Upper Deck) - Outdoor patio furniture, 4 sun loungers, outdoor fans, outdoor heaters

General - General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 9 guests, no exceptions. 

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
