Welcome to Casa Agave, your ultimate vacation retreat nestled in the woods of Broken Bow. This secluded yet conveniently located cabin offers a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility to nearby restaurants and attractions. This Spanish revival theme property is echoing its name with charm and authenticity. This newly built four-bedroom, five-bathroom, and bunk room will comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

Living Room – A large couch, accent chairs, coffee tables, a stucco gas fireplace, and a big screen TV. This cozy retreat will also feature a reading nook for relaxation and a custom-made arcade console with over 1,000 preloaded games!

Kitchen and Dining - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. Featuring a large granite island and a coffee bar stocked with flavored syrups. The dining table will have seating for 10 and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 – A king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a big screen TV, and direct access to the back deck. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 – A king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a closet with hangers, a big screen TV, and direct access to your private deck. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #3 – A king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a big screen TV, and direct access to your private deck. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #4 (Upstairs) – A king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a closet with hangers, a big screen TV, and direct access to your private deck. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Bunk Room/Loft area bathroom #5 (Upstairs) – Double stacked twin-size bunks, triple-stacked queen-size bunks, and a big screen TV. The bunk room is a haven of entertainment, equipped with shuffleboard and air hockey.

Outdoor Living – Outdoor seating for 6, a large day bed swing, outdoor dining for 10 (the table even doubles as a ping pong table!) a gas fireplace, an outdoor kitchen area, a big screen TV, and a private hot tub. The backyard is a playground of its own, featuring string lights that illuminate the area so that the fun doesn’t have to stop when the sun goes down. Enjoy playing horseshoes while your kids explore the custom play set complete with a climbing wall, swing set, and spider swings. In front of the house, a porch swing and multiple Adirondack chairs offer a picturesque spot to watch the sunrise or unwind with a book.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 16, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoor activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55 each year).
We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
Coffee and filters enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
