There was 12 in our party including 2 toddlers and 2 infants and it was perfect. The toddlers played on the swing sets and they had plenty of room to run around. The kitchen was well equipped and everyone had a place to sleep and we never felt crowded. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed a Great Family weekend and had a small, private, family Birthday, for our Grandson, who turned 9. The kids Game Room, and the Loft was a huge hit, with the kids.. the Bunk Room was a nice added feature, as well. While the kids enjoyed their time, playing games, we made great use of our Adult time in the hot tub. We enjoyed grilling on the patio and staying warm, comfy and cozy, by the patio fireplace. The Fire pit was the life of the party, later that evening. The Boys all loved Cooking Hot Dogs and Smores, over the open flames.. Not one Marshmellow, went to waste. We will definetely be coming back again, to spend more Family vacations, at this Cabin! We give it 2 Thumbs up, and 5 Stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

Thank you so much for the incredible review! 🎉 We’re honored you chose the cabin to celebrate your grandson’s 9th birthday—that sounds like such a special family weekend.
We love hearing that the kids enjoyed the game room, loft, and bunk room, while the adults got to relax in the hot tub and by the patio fireplace. And the fire pit with hot dogs and s’mores? That’s exactly the kind of memories we hope families create there! 🔥🌭✨
It truly means so much to us that you’re already planning to come back. Two thumbs up and 5 stars right back at you for being wonderful guests! We can’t wait to host your next family vacation.

This property was clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the entertainment options, including the pool table, game table, hot tub, outdoor living space with fireplace and tv, along with the fire pit area. The property was pet-friendly. The location gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do while in the area.

Great location, near all there is to offer in Hochatown but also in a neighborhood where you feel safe but also secluded. The roads are paved which is a bonus when staying in Broken Bow. The house was perfect for our large family, with several kids. All the rooms and restrooms were very clean! We loved it and would stay again!

The cabin was big, beautiful, and super cozy. As soon as we walked in, my family felt right at home. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, utensils, even little things like spices and coffee filters, which made cooking really easy. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean everything was. You could tell the place is well taken care of. It made our stay so much more comfortable, and we honestly didn’t want to leave.

We stayed with our 3 grown kids and their spouses and kids, had the best time! First thing I noticed was a wonderful welcoming smell!! I found the source which was cleaning agent and I have already ordered it!! Every things was so clean and had everything you needed for cooking. For once I never heard any of my grandkids say they were “bored and there’s nothing to do” as there was a poop table, video games and other games.. Will def be returning for our yearly family vacation!
