Livin Large is a spacious cabin retreat located in Broken Bow, offering a perfect getaway for those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. With its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this cabin is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to spend quality time together. The cabin is equipped with various amenities to ensure a memorable stay, including a pool table, shuffleboard, and a playground.

One of the highlights of Livin Large is its pet-friendly policy, allowing up to 3 dogs (6 months or older) to accompany guests during their stay. A fee of $125 per pet is applicable.

The living room of the cabin features two pull-out couches, a recliner, side tables, and a gas fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy entertainment on the big-screen TV and engage in friendly competition with the shuffleboard.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. From standard appliances to a coffee maker and Keurig K-cup, guests will find everything they need. The cabin offers two separate dining tables, one with seating for 8 and the other for 4, along with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Each of the five master bedrooms in this luxurious property is equipped with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a TV, a closet with hangers, a dresser, and a chest of drawers, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for guests.

The ensuite bathrooms in each master bedroom are designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring either double or single vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a soaker tub, providing a spa-like experience for guests.

All linens and shower necessities are provided in each master bedroom and bathroom, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay without any hassle.

The loft area of the property offers additional entertainment options, including a sleeper sofa with bedding, a pool table, card and board games, a large TV, and an XBOX, providing guests with plenty of activities to enjoy during their stay.

Step into the ultimate outdoor oasis with this luxurious living space that is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The private hot tub offers a serene retreat, while the gas grill, complete with propane provided, allows for easy outdoor cooking and dining. Enjoy the beautiful weather while lounging in the outdoor seating area or dining al fresco at the picnic bench that comfortably seats 4. Stay warm on chilly evenings by the wood-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the big-screen TV under the stars.

Venture off the porch to discover even more outdoor amenities, including a firepit with seating for 9 where you can gather with friends and family for s'mores and storytelling. Another picnic table provides additional dining space, while the playset keeps the little ones entertained for hours. Challenge your guests to a friendly game of horseshoes or cornhole, or simply relax and take in the natural surroundings. General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free Wi-Fi and gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 12 guests, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
