Great property secluded against a small stream. It had all the amenities we could ask for and some we didn't even think about. Spacious rooms and plenty to do with the game room upstairs. Thank you for hosting us for the weekend. -American Legion Riders of Post 624 Mansfield, TX

We go to Broken Bow annually with our family bringing 15-18 people. This house was perfect for a large family!!! Back yard on the creek was great, house at the end of the road so you are secluded some. Great bunk room for the kids. I would highly recommend this house.

This was a lovely place to stay and had all the amenities as listed. However, I would want others staying here to realize the roads to get to the Airbnb are ROUGH and somewhat steep in some places. They are very rutted, so anyone with a small car may risk some bottoming out when traveling to/from the location. This is obviously not the fault of the Airbnb but I would have liked to know ahead of time. Otherwise, a great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

And yes, those cabin roads can definitely be part of the Broken Bow adventure! 😊 We really appreciate you mentioning it and are happy it didn't take away from your trip.
Thanks again for staying with Bravo Cabin Rentals. We'd love to have you back anytime! 🌲🏡

We enjoyed our stay with 5 families, each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own area and additional bathroom upstairs. The bottom floor can hear a good bit of the movement that happens upstairs but it’s not too bad. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the property was beautiful. Back porches were spacious and fun to be on.

Cody - Posted: 5/31/2026

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so happy to hear the cabin worked well for your group and that each family had their own space to relax. It sounds like the upstairs was a hit with the kids!
We also appreciate you mentioning the noise between floors. With large groups, a little extra foot traffic upstairs can definitely carry, and we appreciate your understanding.
Thanks again for choosing Bravo Cabin Rentals for your trip to Broken Bow. We'd love to have your group back again! 🌲🏡

Kim’s place was great for our family trip. Kitchen was well organized and had most of what we needed. The beds were comfortable. Our grandchildren loved the creek, playing corn hole and making s’mores on the fire pit. We loved eating outdoors on the spacious patio. Kim’s place was very nice.

The cabin host offered everything we needed for a stay away from home. It was clean, comfy, and all around great experience. The sliding door did not lock, and reported the next day. It wasn't repaired when we checked-out and we felt safe. We enjoyed it so much my brother is renting the same cabin again for his family vacation.

Home was beautiful and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Having the 5 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms worked out great for our large group. Also, living and kitchen area were large enough for everyone to hang out and visit. We had a great time in the game room with the pool table, shuffle board, and foosball table. We are all looking forward to our next visit to Broken Bow!

Amazing couples’ weekend at M. Creek! From the start, our host was an awesome communicator, checking on us and answering our questions swiftly. Entering the address manually led guests to a different cabin, but bc I navigated there directly from the reservation link, I was able to share my location with the group easily. The roads are in good condition despite part gravel & asphalt. Tremendously easy ride from the main HWY to the cabin roads. Easy-breezy from DFW. Beautiful drive up! Checking flowed flawlessly! Upon entry, The cabin smelled fresh & clean. Everything is labeled and easily found inside of the spacious home. Recommended and close to shopping. The minor outdoor fireplace issue was addressed w/n the hour. We were impressed! Gorgeous decor! All was chef’s kiss and we would love to visit again soon.

We were a group of five friends on a girls' weekend. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with amazing views over the trees and the creek. We had a wonderful trip, and only wished we had booked the house for longer than we did. We each had our own room and bathroom, which was great. The patio and outdoor fireplace were great, with beautiful views. The hot tub and firepit were great for relaxing. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and highly functional, with all of the cabinets labeled. We did not use the game room/bunk room, but it would be great for families. We had a great time, and are already planning our next visit. Thank you for a great trip!

We’re so happy your girls’ weekend was everything you hoped for! There’s something extra special about time away with friends, and we love hearing that everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom made it even more comfortable and relaxing.
Those tree-top and creek views from the patio really are magical — especially with the outdoor fireplace going, the hot tub bubbling, and a fire in the firepit at night. It sounds like you experienced the cabin exactly the way it was meant to be enjoyed. 🌲🔥
The best compliment of all is that you’re already planning your next visit — we would absolutely love to host your group again (and maybe for a few extra nights next time 😉).
Thank you again for choosing us for your getaway! 💛

Thank you so much for this incredible review of Moonlight Creek! 🤍✨
We’re thrilled to hear your couples’ weekend was such a success from start to finish! Clear communication and a smooth arrival experience are so important to us, so it means a lot that you felt well taken care of.
Thank you as well for mentioning the GPS mix-up. In this area, mapping can occasionally redirect to a nearby cabin if the address is entered manually. We always recommend navigating directly from the check-in link, just like you did — so we appreciate you sharing that helpful tip for future guests!
We’re so glad you enjoyed the easy drive from DFW, the beautiful approach to the cabin, and a seamless check-in. Walking into a fresh, clean, well-organized space is exactly the first impression we aim for. And we love that you noticed the labeled cabinets — we try to make everything as simple and guest-friendly as possible.
We’re also happy we could get the outdoor fireplace issue handled quickly. Taking care of things promptly is a top priority for our team.
“Chef’s kiss” decor might be our favorite compliment yet! 💋✨
We would absolutely love to welcome you back to Moonlight Creek for another romantic Broken Bow escape soon. 🌲💛

We absolutely loved this house. It was 11 of us & we all felt right at home. Plenty of seating both indoors & outdoors was a plus! The game room was a family favorite & of course every bedroom having its own private bathroom was so convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, which made cooking a breeze! It’s pretty deep into the woods, which makes it feel very private & secluded. Watch out for the potholes though, the worst of them are in a very steep area & the majority of us drove small cars… so that was an interesting experience lol. We would definitely stay here again :)

the house had very nice finishings, was clean, and was the most "stocked" house we've ever stayed at- meaning plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen gadgets/platters. Very well stocked. one single down side were the roads getting to the cabin- but doable and great location with the creek in the backyard!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 review! We're thrilled to hear the home’s finishes, cleanliness, and fully stocked supplies made your stay so comfortable — we put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need. We understand the roads leading to the cabin can be a bit rough in some areas, as many roads in the Broken Bow/Hochatown area are not yet fully paved, but we're glad to hear they were still manageable and that the beautiful creekside location made up for it. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to welcome you back anytime! 🌟🏡🌲

Staying at the Moonlight Creek cabin was an experience that surpassed my highest expectations. From the moment we walked in my entire family was thanking me for finding the cabin and noted how gorgeous it was. With young children I’ve struggled to find vacations worth the hassle, here I was able to relax and actually enjoy my trip due to all the cabins amenities. The creek in particular was perfect for small children, not too deep unless you ventured further. We’ve already talked about booking this same exact cabin for next year because there was nothing else I would need from a cabin, truly magnificent. Thank you Kim!

As soon as we walked in we were all amazed at how pretty the cabin was. It was the perfect spot for our whole family which included 5 couples. We loved that everyone had their own spacious rooms with king beds and full bathrooms. The covered patio was our favorite and we spent a majority of our time there. The property manager was helpful and replied promptly to questions and minor issues we had. The neighborhood did have a lot of nearby houses (hidden by trees) that sometimes got loud in the evenings but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I booked Kim's cabin for my book club retreat. 10 of us attended and we loved that everyone was able to share a king bed and that each room had it's own full bathroom. Everyone was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies - plenty of silverware/plates/bowl/glasses/mugs, good quality pans/cookware/knives/grilling tools/serving dishes, lighter, skewers for smores or kebabs, etc.

There were a few small square towels, but they were not big enough/did not dry out enough to dry dishes with that were hand washed. The sponge provided was also only about a half size sponge that fell apart pretty quick. The property did have plenty of towels for bathrooms, dishwasher pods, and the beds were very comfy.

Moonlight Creek was by far the best cabin I have stayed at in Hochatown. It could not have been more perfect. Online listing is exactly what it is says, and the communication with Kim was stellar. We asked about a griddle being provided, and they did not have one, but when we arrived one was in the kitchen. Gorgeous location, and easy drive along Lukfata trail. Will not stay anywhere else moving forward.

We hope to welcome you back to for another unforgettable getaway soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Moonlight Cabin! We had a family gathering with four couples (siblings + spouses) and our 92-year-old mom and the space was perfectly comfortable and accessible for everyone. We cooked a lot in the well-equipped kitchen, loved time around the table or gathered around the fireplaces inside and out! Each couple having their own room and gorgeous bathroom was great! The host was super responsive to any and all questions! The directions were good, which is important because it is a bit of a twisty, wild ride to get there, but the payoff was worth it! Already talking about our next trip!

Everything was as described and exactly like the picture! There were more pots and pans than I thought there would be. Everything was user friendly! We didn't even leave once we got there.
We had plenty of space for our group, We used very bit of space! The freezer was only issue we had the whole time there, it didn't freeze well but we didn't even notice til the day before we left!
Thanks Kim for all the hardwork and care you put into making this a property our family can enjoy!

Our family had the best time at Moonlight Creek this November! It had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen when it came to dishes/cookware/etc. Rooms and bathrooms were so clean and nice! Game room was a nice, large area! Hot tub was superb! And the Firepit near the creek was put to much use! My granddaughters ages 2,4, and 6) really enjoyed the playground area. We are about to book this beautiful place for next November! You must give it a try-You’ll LOVE it!

The cabin was beautiful and just perfect for our family vacation. Each kid (adult kids) had their own room and bathroom. We enjoyed playing pool and the awesome game room on the second floor. Spent time in the hot tub and by the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses were some of the best we have used in rental cabins. Highly recommend!

Beautiful residence with enough space for the entire family. Private setting, lots of amenities and the creek was the defining feature. Road is rough getting to the residence, but worth the venture. I would definitely recommend for large families.

Each adult couple had their own master bedroom and the grandchildren slept in the bunkroom. The kitchen was large, had ample seating for all, and was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very well maintained, clean, spacious, and cozy. The host went above and beyond to provide instructions to get there, GPS wasn’t accurate. A book was provided with great suggestions on eating and recreation. There were many amenities such as coffee, hand soap in all the bathrooms, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. Hot tub was amazing and the view was even better.

(VRBO mistakenly has the stay at Moonlight Creek, which is not accurate) We just wrapped up our 12-person, 5-day, Easter family getaway in The Overlook at Carter Mountain West. It is nothing but spectacular in every regard. Book it with no doubt or trepidation about it lacking in any way. This is an executive level, luxury-class, stay. The owners have this well-appointed for those wanting a differentiated experience. It starts with the positioning of the property to maximize the view and ending with retiring from each day enveloped in warmth and reprieve in one of many sanctuaries throughout where you can make your evening your own. If you take advantage of the resort-like pool/hot tub and unique pickle ball/basketball court, you’ll seek it. Not that you’d want to or have to leave but logistics to Hochatown and Broken Bow eateries, shopping and excursions are easily managed within 10-20 minutes drive. The Bravo Cabin (via VRBO) team was amazing, too. Their end-to-end process is efficient, their attention to service is evident and they are quite accessible and accommodating, yet invisible at the same time. Go ahead and make The Overlook your own even as brief as it may be.

Wonderful cabin! Stayed for my birthday and had a fantastic time. The creek behind the cabin was very enjoyable. It was a rainy weekend but the cabin had plenty of things to do inside while this happened. Made my way down the the lower mountain fork on Saturday and caught a few rainbows. The beds were comfy, WiFi was strong so getting in touch with the kids was not an issue. Would definitely stay again!

This cabin is gorgeous, clean, well stocked kitchen! A place to sleep for everyone! The living room is a very good size, with large sofas fir all the watch movies on… each room has their own tv as well. The downstairs (there is a huge furnished upstairs porch as well!)porch is wonderful, large table, as well as outdoor gas fireplace. A lovely hot tub, and an area to play games, explore the creek, at tge base of the stairs. The cabin provides wood for the fire pit, which is awesome! We cooked our Turkey dinner in the DOUBLE oven! Only drawback- the cabin is a bit tricky with our civic- lots of rocks, so go SLOW down and up the hills!

What a perfect house. We’re a group of 5 couples and loved that this beautifully well stocked home has 5 comfy king beds. Each room was perfect and you couldn’t ask for a better stocked house with everything you need. Two washer dryer setups and a very cool game room and back patio area with plenty of seating for everyone. We watched two playoff baseball games watching our Texas Rangers clinch a seat to the World Series against the other Texas Houston Astros. Great house and such an easy checkin and out process. Communications with management team was so pleasant. We will stay here again! The only negative I can say is very hard to find and get to with dirt roads in poor condition. We got lost several times coming to and from. Lol

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and have never had such amazing communication from the management company. From the time I placed the reservation to our departure there was constant communication via email and text. We had a question about how to operate the fireplace and it was immediately addressed. The property is gorgeous and exactly as described. It was perfect for our friends weekend of 5 couples. The cabin was welcoming and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable and all the common spaces were cozy. Could not have asked for a better property. Our only issue was driving on the roads leading up to the property. There are gravel roads and have significant holes due to erosion. It was difficult to drive in and out of the community even with larger vehicles. That was absolutely the only downfall of this property. Other than that I would rate it an A+

This house is missing nothing to give you the best possible vacation, weekend getaway, or whatever the occasion. We mostly cooked since we had such a large group and the kitchen is well stocked. Even baked my kids birthday cake! The 5 king beds made all adult rooms extra comfy!!! Adults and kids enjoyed pool and shuffle board in the game room. One of our favorite things was the creek behind the house. It kept the kids occupied between adventures of kayaking and trail riding. They swam and caught crawdads. The deck was one of our favorite places to relax, drink coffee, watch some TV and of course play a little cornhole! We loved the peace and quiet at the dead end road too. There are a couple miles of dirt road to get to the house, but it was totally worth it for everything this house had to offer. With two washers and dryers, we ended our trip with no dirty clothes! Plus the rental company was quick to respond to any want or need. If you are thinking of booking, JUST DO IT! You won’t regret it!

This house is missing nothing to give you the best possible vacation, weekend getaway, or whatever the occasion. We mostly cooked since we had such a large group and the kitchen is well stocked. Our family & friends had a wonderful time at the cabin. A much needed little getaway from the city. Spectacular view everywhere. Well be delightly comeback. The adventures gravel roads to the cabin was a little challenging but the kids love it.

We can't think of a better place to stay at the Moonlight Creek cabin in Broken Bow. This is a perfect cabin for 18 people from the age of 2 to 65 years of age. This house is well stocks, plenty of extra's kitchenware, towels, blankets, and games. It truly is an ideal location

We had an amazing time with friends reunion, wish we could have stayed longer!! The staff was kind, the cabin was awesome. Our cabin was so clean and brand new. You can still smell the freshness of new pine. It is so spacious, stocked with everything you need and we completely enjoyed ourselves!! The cabin is very beautiful and modern. Sitting outside the patio and watch the water from the creek running. We had plenty of space and room for everyone.. Perfect place to get away for a few days. would love to stay a whole week or longer.
