A large group of us stayed comfortably and really enjoyed our visit. There is ample space and the cabin is very well setup. We especially appreciated the amount/placement of rooms and bathrooms. Even with such a large group there was never a bathroom wait!

I echo other comments that have already been made about the property. It is AMAZING. We had a Friends reunion that included 14 adults and 12 kids. The 7 bedrooms plus the bunk room easily accommodated our stay. We utilized all the amenities including having the pool heated while we were there in November. There was so much to do that besides walking around the neighborhood, we never left property for the three days we were there. The only challenge with the property is that you need to book it early. We look forward to our next stay here.

This property was amazing. My church has an annual Young adults retreat out in Oklahoma where we rent a property for the weekend. This property was definitely our favorite place we have stayed so far. It had many different sources of entertainment and an incredible massage chair. The pictures do not do justice for how nice the interior of this home is. That said, the one thing that stood out the most for me was when I had asked the host of this home if they could add lightning to the sportcourt so we could continue to play as it got dark. They went out of their way to install extra lighting for our pleasure. Not only was the home incredible. The hospitality was great. Thank you!

We stayed in this home for 5 days for my husband’s birthday in August with a bunch of family we haven’t seen in a long time. This home has everything you need and more. It is absolutely gorgeous! Every room has its own bathroom, kitchen has 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers, so plenty of room to cook and move around. Each room has its own bathroom and king size bed! We didn’t leave the house during our whole stay, besides getting groceries. Spent lots of time in the pool/hot tub. Built a fire in the fire pit one night and the kids and adults played on the basketball court. We’ve been to broken bow many many times and this home is the best one we’ve ever stayed in. Highly highly recommend for a family/friend getaway

Rare Breed- what an awesome house for a large group!! With 4 master bedrooms on the bottom floor all spread out, 3 master bedrooms on the 2nd floor next to the game room area and up a spiral staircase is the bunk room with a full bathroom. It’s so perfect! Every bedroom also had a balcony! We enjoyed all of the amenities- pickleball, fire pit, hot tub, pool & playground!! Highly recommend this home!

Loved the house layout and functionality. The 7 master bedrooms were comfortable. We did not realize that the 3rd floor (containing all of the twin beds) was via a spiral staircase. Fun for kids but not adults. The twin beds are nice and comfy when up there. The kitchen worked well. Important to note no garbage disposal in either sinks so make sure you get rid of things in the trash. Loved the outdoor space during the day. Overall would rent again due to size , functionality, great space for a large family - 17 adults and 6 kids (young teenagers).

Honestly, it does not matter what I say about this place, it won’t be good enough. We lost our oldest son in a car wreck 3 years ago and vowed to get our 5 boys and their family’s together at least every other year. Rare Breed was amazing and way better than expected. We could have stayed at the house for 5 days and had enough to do for our family, ages 1 to 88. We were close to so many things to do, zipline, ATV, horseback riding, mazes, escape rooms. We could not do it all. If you need a gorgeous place to stay for your large family or big group of friends, this is the place. I cannot say enough good things about Rate Breed. Amazing!!!!

This house was magnificent. Just gorgeous, yet comfortable and inviting. All the rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen is more than well outfitted. 2 DW, 2 sinks, huge frig/freezer, coffee/drink area, huge island, family size dinning table, more than ample glasses, plates, flatwear, cookware. The bed/bath rooms were outstanding. Amazingly comfortable bedding, mattresses. The outdoor area was just as good: full length back porch area grill, small frig, great outdoor seating, multiple fans, swimming pool, hot tub, & pickle ball court & basket ball goal. It also seemed located close to every thing. The house/amenities exceeded our expectations. We travel as a large family a lot and this is one of the best homes in which we have ever stayed.
