The Overlook at Carter Mountain West

Amazing spot for our company retreat. The backyard is everything. Amazing patio, pool, and hangout areas. Most importantly the view!!! Prime location for the best view! House was very clean and practical which is hard to say for most rentals. After many broken bow stays this was my favorite.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We’re thrilled the cabin was a perfect fit for your company retreat and that you loved the outdoor spaces and incredible views. Hearing that this was your favorite Broken Bow stay means so much to us, and we’d love to welcome you back!

Myself and a large group of friends rented this amazing house for our fantasy football draft weekend. And it was everything we wanted and more. Many of us had been up to broken bow before and stayed at multiple other properties and we all agree that this was the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at in Broken Bow. Plenty of room for everyone. Little touches like the Pickleball court and the sitting areas around the pool are just perfect. And then that leaves the views…truly epic. Wait until you see the sunset.

We loved our stay at this cabin. The entire family played pickle-ball and swam in the pool. We had an issue with the pool lights not coming on and the maintenance person fixed it super quick when we messaged. The cabin is very large and easily accommodated 10 of us. The location is also great-

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the overlook! Kids and adults alike enjoyed the many activities to do on site. This stay stood out to us because of the 4 king size beds with their own restroom - such a great feature. There were some issues with the pool pump due to weather before we arrived; Kim was very responsive and got it fixed quickly so we could enjoy the pool during our stay. The views are gorgeous, the house is gorgeous, we highly recommend this stay!

This place was just incredible. Everything about it was excellent and we loved every minute of our stay. There's so much to do! The pool with the basketball goal, the sport court (which we and our kids spent hours on!), the hot tub, ping pong, etc. The views are absolutely stunning, too. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything that you need. Would absolutely stay here again. It is so worth it!

We had a great stay with friends. The listing is very accurate. The house has a FANTASTIC view and the beds are all very comfortable. Plenty of things to occupy our time at the house- we hardly left the property. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pool towels (no need to bring extras), TVs in every room and even one outside, plenty of room to spread out. It was a very relaxing weekend and we hope to be able to come back again sometime.

This property did not disappoint! Beautiful property! Loved the house, pool, pickleball court & fire pit. Property managers were very responsive when we called with concerns. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Refirgerator/freezer were large capacity and kept items cold/frozen. Plus a beverage frig upstairs and one on the deck. Ample seating throughout. Hot water heater worked great, no one complained about a cold shower - there were 12 of us. Although we did have issues with the water from the kitchen sink taking forever to heat up. Air conditioner worked well. It was really hot/humid and doors were being opened and closed all day/evening. They even have step stools, a must for short people like me. Three concerns: First there was an odor from the septic system (outside). At first it came and went but once it became more frequent, we called the property managers and they came right out and took care of it. Second, there wasn't a washcloth in the kitchen - we bought one and left it so hopefully that is taken care of. Third - stingy with the handtowels - 1 per bathroom. I don't have a problem with washing but I would like to have a clean towel to put up while I'm washing the dirty one. So if you're like me, consider bringing a few from home. (Number of bathtowels, kitchen towels & pool towels was good.) None of the mentioned issues would keep me from returning. Check-in/out processes were very simple.

Our large extended family stayed at this house for the week and it was everything we wanted. The house was well equipped with comfortable beds. All of the rooms have king sized beds so no need to fight over who gets what.
The pool was great for hanging out and well maintained.
The only thing it didn’t have was a large dining table inside. This wouldn’t be a problem during cooler months but it was a little warm to sit outside. This was a minor inconvenience, but didn’t take away from the house and the great views.

We just wrapped up our 12-person, 5-day, Easter family getaway in The Overlook at Carter Mountain West. It is nothing but spectacular in every regard. Book it with no doubt or trepidation about it lacking in any way. This is an executive level, luxury-class, stay. The owners have this well-appointed for those wanting a differentiated experience. It starts with the positioning of the property to maximize the view and ending with retiring from each day enveloped in warmth and reprieve in one of many sanctuaries throughout where you can make your evening your own. If you take advantage of the resort-like pool/hot tub and unique pickle ball/basketball court, you’ll seek it. Not that you’d want to or have to leave but logistics to Hochatown and Broken Bow eateries, shopping and excursions are easily managed within 10-20 minutes drive. The Bravo Cabin team was amazing, too. Their end-to-end process is efficient, their attention to service is evident and they are quite accessible and accommodating, yet invisible at the same time. Go ahead and make The Overlook your own even as brief as it may be.

We had a fantastic stay in Broken Bow at this house. Amazing pool. Enjoyed the pickleball court. Loved the outdoor fireplaces and the in ceiling heaters. Kids had a blast just playing outside in the rocks. Kept them busy for hours. Everything you need is at the house. 4 spacious bedrooms with king beds - each with own bathroom. The kids bunk room upstairs is perfect. I will say the top bunks are high and would not recommend for kids younger than about 7. We had two fall off the ladder from top bunk trying to get down. But the bunk beds are full size and very spacious. Kids loved them. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. Property management company was a delight to work with. Very responsive and kind. Would not hesitate to book again!

One of the best experiences I had with my guys! Our favorite part was the hot tub and the immaculate view. The other time was spent on the basketball court, but the only downside with the court was going for the ball after it bounced out going downhill into the woods Other than that everything was perfect. The rooms, beds and bunk beds were very comfortable. The bonus was the heaters in the patio where the grill is at. I’m coming back with friends and family, so that they may enjoy the same experience that I had! Thank you for the complimentary wine bottle too

The Overlook had everything needed for a fun stay! The Pickleball court, s’mores by the fire pit, and hot tub were the top 3 faves of the group. Beautiful home, very comfortable beds! Bravo Cabin Rentals was very easy to work with. Thank you for being a part of our Holiday festivities!

We stayed at The Overlook. It was gorgeous! Everything was top quality. From the nice, soft turf around the pool/hot tub, to the mattresses, to the views overlooking the mountain! Definitely recommend!!

Spectacular cabin! Where to even start. The views, the amenities, the interior design, the pool, the turf around the pool… this place is everything you need. We did not need to leave for anything and were 100% entertained the entire stay. I am so looking forward to our next visit!
