Beautiful home and views. We booked this for a reunion and everyone loved it. Only issue we had was the hot tub by the pool kept not working but they always sent someone out immediately to fix. It worked great after…we had to call them twice. But the home was amazing!!! Will def be back

this was an excellent stay for our fall break, loved the property, well maintained as in photos. The host was great very responsive, accommodative, proactively try to reach out to make sure I stay is smooth and comfortable. we plan to visit this place again. We had a great stay with friends. The listing is very accurate. The house has a FANTASTIC view and the beds are all very comfortable. Plenty of things to occupy our time at the house- we hardly left the property. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pool towels (no need to bring extras), TVs in every room and even one outside, plenty of room to spread out. It was a very relaxing weekend and we hope to be able to come back again sometime.

Grew up in N. Oklahoma. Never thought Oklahoma could be this beautiful. This property is located in a perfect location overlooking a national forest. The view is outstanding. This property accommodated all 9 of us with ease. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a spectacular view.

We had an excellent experience at the Overlook at Carter Mountain West. The view was beautiful, the pickleball court was fun, the pool and hot tub were refreshing, and it was a short drive away to hiking trails.

We had a good amount of people staying here and it was an amazing time!! The Hot Tub was FANTASTIC and perfect temperature. I really think this has been one of the best cabin's my group has been to. It was really easy to clean up everything and instructions were simple to follow. Thank you guys for everything!! <3

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous and the photos showcase it very well. We had 12 friends hang out for a weekend of fun and games, the space accommodated us very well and we had a great time. Highly recommend this for any medium sized groups looking to get away for the weekend.

This location was perfect for my family. The space in the house did not disappoint, nor did the pool.The pool was amazing. My kids enjoyed every moment of our stay. TThe Overlook was everything we had hoped for and more! The management company was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. The cabin was absolutely amazing with stunning views ans plenty of room for our group of 12 people earning in age from early teens to adults. The pool and hot tub were a favorite for everyone and the pickleball court was one of the highlights for the tennis/pickleball playing teens and adults. Plenty of space for privacy when needed and ample room for gathering as a group. The only complaint we had was having to go home! Would definitely stay again!

We just wrapped up our 12-person, 5-day, Easter family getaway in The Overlook at Carter Mountain West. It is nothing but spectacular in every regard. Book it with no doubt or trepidation about it lacking in any way. This is an executive level, luxury-class, stay. The owners have this well-appointed for those wanting a differentiated experience. It starts with the positioning of the property to maximize the view and ending with retiring from each day enveloped in warmth and reprieve in one of many sanctuaries throughout where you can make your evening your own. If you take advantage of the resort-like pool/hot tub and unique pickle ball/basketball court, you’ll seek it. Not that you’d want to or have to leave but logistics to Hochatown and Broken Bow eateries, shopping and excursions are easily managed within 10-20 minutes drive. The Bravo Cabin team was amazing, too. Their end-to-end process is efficient, their attention to service is evident and they are quite accessible and accommodating, yet invisible at the same time. Go ahead and make The Overlook your own even as brief as it may be.

We had a fantastic stay in Broken Bow at this house. Amazing pool. Enjoyed the pickleball court. Loved the outdoor fireplaces and the in ceiling heaters. Kids had a blast just playing outside in the rocks. Kept them busy for hours. Everything you need is at the house. 4 spacious bedrooms with king beds - each with own bathroom. The kids bunk room upstairs is perfect. I will say the top bunks are high and would not recommend for kids younger than about 7. We had two fall off the ladder from top bunk trying to get down. But the bunk beds are full size and very spacious. Kids loved them. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. Property management company was a delight to work with. Very responsive and kind. Would not hesitate to book again!

One of the best experiences I had with my guys! Our favorite part was the hot tub and the immaculate view. The other time was spent on the basketball court, but the only downside with the court was going for the ball after it bounced out going downhill into the woods Other than that everything was perfect. The rooms, beds and bunk beds were very comfortable. The bonus was the heaters in the patio where the grill is at. I’m coming back with friends and family, so that they may enjoy the same experience that I had! Thank you for the complimentary wine bottle too

The Overlook had everything needed for a fun stay! The Pickleball court, s’mores by the fire pit, and hot tub were the top 3 faves of the group. Beautiful home, very comfortable beds! Bravo Cabin Rentals was very easy to work with. Thank you for being a part of our Holiday festivities!

We stayed at The Overlook. It was gorgeous! Everything was top quality. From the nice, soft turf around the pool/hot tub, to the mattresses, to the views overlooking the mountain! Definitely recommend!!

Spectacular cabin! Where to even start. The views, the amenities, the interior design, the pool, the turf around the pool… this place is everything you need. We did not need to leave for anything and were 100% entertained the entire stay. I am so looking forward to our next visit!
