Living Room – Two large leather Sofas, two accent chairs, a coffee table and side tables, a gas fireplace, and a big screen TV.

Half Bathroom – Located off the living room.

Kitchen and Dining – The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. With seating for 10 at the dining table and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 (Main Floor) – A King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a dresser, a big screen TV, and direct access to the patio. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a private toilet. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 (Main Floor) – A King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a dresser, a big screen TV, and direct access to the patio. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a private toilet. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Master Bedroom #3 (Downstairs) -– A King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a dresser, a big screen TV, and direct access to the downstairs patio.

Bunk Room (Downstairs) – Featuring three double-stacked Queen-size bunk beds, a dresser, two arcade games, and a big-screen TV.

Bathroom #4 (Downstairs) - Double vanity sinks, a shower-tub combo, and a private toilet. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #3 (Downstairs) – A King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a dresser, a big screen TV, and direct access to the downstairs patio. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a private toilet. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Downstairs Living Area – Featuring two couches, two accent chairs, and a big screen TV. Off this living area, you will find a private office space.

Downstairs Balcony – Outdoors on the patio you will find two couches, 4 swivel chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a gas fireplace. Down the stairs, you will find the firepit with seating for 6.

Main Floor Balcony – Featuring a gas fireplace, two couches, 2 swivel chairs, a big-screen TV, a private hot tub, and a gas grill.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet upstairs and downstairs. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October to May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoor activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
