Happy Copper Top

Happy Copper Top is a traditional log cabin exterior combined with the light and airy interior of a modern farmhouse. This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath cabin that will comfortably sleep up to 11 guests. It also features a flat circle drive great for a boat or OHV parking. There are also trails accessible directly from the cabin! Perfect for all seasons, Happy Copper Top has plenty of space for 1-3 families to gather inside or out to enjoy all that the cabin or Hochatown has to offer!

Living Room- A leather sofa with an ottoman, two large chairs, a big screen HDTV with news channels, and a gas fireplace (seasonally available).

Kitchen and Dining – Featuring standard appliances, a griddle for the stovetop, a toaster oven, a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, a toaster, a hand mixer, a crock pot, a knife set, cutting boards, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and drinkware. You will have a large table with bench and chair seating for up to 10 and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 – A king-size bed, two nightstands, a bench, a big screen HDTV, and an in-room soaker tub. The ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads that includes a rainfall feature.

Master Bedroom #2 (Upstairs) – A King-size bed, two nightstands, closet with hangers, and a big screen HDTV. 

Master Bedroom #3 (Upstairs) – A Queen-size bed, two nightstands, closet with hangers, and a big screen HDTV. 

Loft / Game Room (Upstairs) - 3 twin Murphy beds, 2 twin convertible sleeper chair beds, an arcade game table with pre-loaded games, big screen TV, and direct access to the balcony.

Full Bathroom (Upstairs) - across from laundry room, walk-in shower

Outdoor Living (Downstairs)-  Featuring a gas grill, outdoor furniture, a gas fireplace, a big screen TV, a private hot tub, a bench, swings, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

General - This property is not pet-friendly. A full-size washer and dryer are available on-site. Gas fireplaces are seasonal (October 1st- May 15th).  Max Occupancy is 11, NO exceptions. A contactless check-in/out process is provided with enhanced cleaning measures implemented for your safety. Please note that this property also uses exterior security cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
