This luxurious living room is the epitome of comfort and style. The centerpiece of the room is a large leather sofa, perfect for lounging and relaxing. Flanking the sofa are two automatic loveseat recliners, providing ultimate comfort at the touch of a button. Adding to the cozy ambiance is a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Completing the entertainment experience is a big-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Moving on to the kitchen and dining area, you will find everything you need for culinary delights. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, ensuring that all your cooking needs are met. For coffee lovers, there is a Keurig duo coffee maker, allowing you to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning. A full knife set and grilling tools are also provided, making meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen is furnished with ample seating options, and there is a dining table with seating for 9, perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Conveniently located off the living room is a half bath, providing additional convenience for guests.

The master bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor offer a luxurious retreat. The bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed, nightstands for your personal belongings, and an accent chair for relaxation. A big-screen TV is also provided for your entertainment. The bedroom has direct access to the front patio, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity sink, providing ample space for getting ready. A large walk-in shower and a soaker tub offer the perfect combination of relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Bunk Room/Game Room and Bathroom are perfect for families or groups of friends. This room features two Triple Stacked Queen Size Bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a single vanity for convenience. The Game room is a haven for entertainment, equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, and an arcade table. Three accent chairs provide comfortable seating, while board games and a large TV offer additional entertainment options. Guests can also enjoy direct access to the patio, which features seating for 4 and is perfect for relaxation.

The Outdoor Living area is designed to enhance the overall experience of the property. The patio is furnished with ample seating for 15 people, allowing guests to gather and socialize comfortably. Additionally, outdoor dining for 4 provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. For those looking for some outdoor fun, corn hole is available for friendly competitions. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill and a mini fridge, making it convenient for outdoor cooking and entertainment. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the space, while a big-screen TV ensures that guests don't miss out on their favorite shows or sports events. The private hot tub offers a relaxing soak, while the firepit with seating for 6 is ideal for cozy evenings. Lastly, a large outdoor playset with swings and a hammock provides entertainment for children and adults alike, completing the outdoor experience.

General – Two Full-size washer and dryers available (one downstairs and one upstairs). An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
