Living Room – Featuring a couch, two recliners, an accent chair, coffee and side tables, a gas fireplace, and a big screen TV.  There will be a half bath off the living room.

Kitchen and Dining – The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. With seating for 6 at the dining table and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 (Downstairs) – A king-size bed, nightstands and lamps on both sides, a closet with hangers, a dresser, an accent chair, and a big screen TV. The ensuite bathroom will feature double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. All Linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 (Downstairs) – A king-size bed, nightstands and lamps on both sides, a closet with hangers, a dresser, a foot bench, and a big screen TV. The ensuite bathroom will feature double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. All Linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Bunk Room/ Loft Area – Three twin-size bunks, a couch and loveseat, a pre-loaded arcade table, a foosball table, a shuffleboard, a big screen TV, and a closet full of games.

Outdoor Living – Featuring outdoor dining for 8, an additional round-top table for two, a gas grill and fireplace, a big screen TV, ladder ball, washer toss, corn hole boards, a playset, a firepit with seating for 7, and a private hot tub. A deer feeder is placed in the backyard to allow guests the opportunity to witness the beauty of nature. The driveway offers enough space for additional parking for a boat or ATV.

General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. A pack-and-play and booster seat are available as well. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15^th). For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 7 with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoor activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
