Description
A luxurious getaway with a cozy feel, Tequila Sunset welcomes up to three for a relaxing stay in Broken Bow. This one-bedroom rental has a hot tub, gas grill, fireplaces inside and out, firepit, gas grill, and furnished back deck. Sleeping accommodations include a king-sized bed and a sleeper sofa tucked in a cozy loft upstairs.
Living Room - Leather couch, lounge chair, gas fireplace, big screen TV.
Kitchen and Dining - Fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay including a toaster, blender, Keurig (starter pack of coffee provided), crockpot, and more. You will have 4 bar stools at the island.
Bedroom and Bathroom - King-size bed, side tables with storage on both sides of the bed, big screen TV, direct access to patio, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity sink, private toilet, walk-in shower with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, and soaker tub.
Loft - Game nook with sofa sleeper.
Outdoors - Patio furniture, hot tub, gas grill, gas fireplace, big screen TV, firepit with seating for 4, hookey game.
General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 3, no exceptions.
Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
