The living room in this home is designed for comfort and style. It features a sectional seating area that can accommodate up to four people, along with an accent chair for additional seating. The room is complete with a coffee table and side table, providing plenty of space for drinks and snacks. A gas rock fireplace adds a cozy touch, perfect for chilly evenings. blankets are also provided, allowing guests to snuggle up and relax while watching the big-screen TV.

The kitchen and dining area in this home are fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. The kitchen boasts full-size appliances, ensuring that you have everything you need to cook a delicious meal. It also includes both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, so you can enjoy your preferred method of brewing coffee. The dining table can comfortably seat six people, and there is additional seating for three at the kitchen island, making it ideal for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal.

The first master bedroom and bathroom located on the main floor is a luxurious retreat. The bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands, and an accent chair, providing a comfortable and stylish space to relax. A bench and dresser offer ample storage for your belongings. The room also includes a big-screen TV and direct access to the outside, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The ensuite bathroom is equally impressive, with double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. All linens, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are provided for your convenience.

The loft area in this home provides a versatile space for relaxation and entertainment. It features a seating area with a leather couch, two accent chairs, and an arcade table, creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. Whether you want to unwind with a book or challenge your friends to a game, the loft area has you covered.

The second master bedroom and bathroom located upstairs offer the same level of comfort and luxury as the first. It includes a king-size bed, nightstands, an accent chair, a bench, and a dresser for storage. A big-screen TV and direct access to the outside are also provided. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. Just like in the other bathrooms, all linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

The Bunk Room is a cozy and functional space that features two double-stacked XL twin beds, perfect for accommodating multiple guests or children. The beds are designed to maximize space and provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement. With the inclusion of these beds, this room offers a practical solution for those seeking additional sleeping options stylishly and efficiently.

Bathroom #3 is a well-appointed space that offers both convenience and comfort. It includes a single vanity sink, providing ample space for personal grooming and storage. The shower/tub combo allows guests to choose between a quick refreshing shower or a relaxing soak in the tub. To enhance the overall experience, all linens, including towels, are provided, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

The Outdoor Living area is a true oasis for relaxation and entertainment. It boasts a variety of amenities that cater to different preferences. The dining area, with seating for six, provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals al fresco. Two sun loungers offer a place to soak up the sun and unwind. For those seeking entertainment, there is seating for four around the fireplace and big-screen TV, creating an outdoor entertainment center. The private hot tub offers a luxurious retreat, while the outdoor kitchen, complete with a mini fridge and seating for four at the island, allows for convenient outdoor cooking and dining. Additionally, the firepit with seating for nine, cornhole, and horseshoes provide many opportunities for outdoor fun and socializing.

General Information: A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October May 15th). For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 8 guests, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities.  It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

 Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
