The extra large sink will hold all of those dishes from the amazing food the chef in the family prepares. The open shelf concept makes it feel very roomy and comfortable. There is also a dining table that will seat 6 comfortably. Continue into the living room to find 2 cozy loveseats, as well as 2 lounge chairs to cuddle up on in front of the fireplace to watch your favorite streaming shows. Take in the view from the living room with the floor to ceiling windows. Downstairs, you will also find 3 king master bedrooms, the first King master suite features a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, and a full bathroom - single vanity sink - with walk in shower. The second bedroom downstairs features a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, full dresser for clothing storage, and a full master bathroom - double vanity sinks - with a walk in shower. The last downstairs bedroom features a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, full master bathroom - double vanity sinks - with walk in shower + soaker tub. You will also find a laundry room downstairs. Follow me upstairs to find the last King master bedroom featuring a king size bed, bedside storage, room darkening shades, full master bathroom - single vanity sink - with a walk in shower. The bunk room features 2 bunk beds - 1 bunk bed has 2 single beds, and the other bunk bed has a twin over queen. This bunk room has it's own bathroom featuring a double vanity sink and walk in shower. Don't miss out on the fun of the game room! You will find a pool table, shuffleboard, and extra seating for the kids. Step out onto the back deck and take in the views. You will be greeted by a big screen Roku tv, large sectional patio furniture, as well as a nice fireplace to relax by. You will find a brand new grill ready to be used by the chef in the group. The hot tub is tucked off the back deck, making this a more private area for relaxing under the stars. Late night smores can be prepared by the firepit out back - seating 6 comfortably.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:

• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.

Family Vacation 2023
We had a really fun time here in Hochatown OK. It was a bit crowded but it was expected. A lot of things you needed reservations for which we now know for the future! The house it’s self was good, there was a bit of spiders and cobwebs but nothing crazy. We enjoyed the house a lot, it was a good getaway from the usual crazy of the Texas cities. We will be coming back!
